Chi Phi Fraternity's Regional Leadership Alliance serves as the Fraternity's Leadership Training for all lettered officers, Alpha through Iota, and general members. The experience focused on two core sections: Leadership Training and Chapter Leadership Goal Setting. 
The Leadership Training for each elected position- Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, Eta, Theta, Iota, General Members, and Alumni- will take place in two parts: 
1.    Completion of an online module designed specifically for the role. The online modules consisted of the most current standards for each role, general leadership development training, and role-specific information. 
2.    Attending this In-Person Meeting with other officers in Chi Phi. 

After being trained in their roles, Chapter Officers will have the opportunity to plan and set goals for their position and also the Chapter. 

DETAILS:

• Who:  All current Chapter Alphas, Betas, Gammas, Deltas, Epsilons, Zetas, Etas, Thetas, Iotas, General Members, and Alumni.
• Travel:  Location and parking details will be provided after registering. 
• When:  Breakfast will be provided starting at 9am and the program begins at 10am. Lunch will be provided and the program will conclude at 4pm local time.
